Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. As a Mother myself and general recommendation , if my little is in between sizes I always size up for longer use!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return the unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within the 7 days of purchase for a store credit.

Processing Times

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days Monday-Friday.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What if my package isn’t delivered/ missing / stolen?

-please contact your local USPS if items
say delivered but not received. It’s the customers responsibility to locate their missing or stolen
items through USPS. Once the package leaves our facility, it is the property of the USPS and out
of our hands. Information available to us after we ship is limited. We do not offer refunds for loss
packages.

-You may get a notification that your package was “delivered” although it isn’t in your possession yet, however this typically occurs during the handoff from USPS to your local post office. Please allow another 1-2 days before reaching out to your post office about a lost package.

Incorrect mailing address

If you notice you placed an incorrect mailing address, please email as
soon as possible to correct the issue at our support@barelytamed.com Orders usually
process within 1-3 business days. However there are times where orders are fulfilled on the same
day. In the case your order has the incorrect address and has been fulfilled, processed and
shipped, we are not responsible for the loss.

International lost or refused packages

We will refund if
customs refuses our products. Shipping times vary for each country.
