WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Most orders ship within 24 hours from order date! Unless placed sometime on Saturday, the order will go out Monday morning due to using USPS.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not. We hope to in the near future.

HOW DO THE T-SHIRTS FIT?

Our T-shirts are a standard t-shirt and true to size with a lot of stretch that way the shirt can move and grow with your kids. We also have a couple shirts that have a more boxy oversized feel. Please make sure you read the descriptions on the tees! However, if your child is in between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.

HOW DO THE ROMPERS FIT?

Our Rompers are true to size and designed to be adjustable with front ties that have added extra length for long wear. However, if your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.

RETURN POLICY

At Barely Tamed, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products they’ll love—and we want you to feel good about every purchase you make with us.

If you’re not satisfied with your order and need to make a return, please email us at support@barelytamed.com within 14 days of the delivery date to request a return authorization.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not accept international returns or exchanges at this time, and we cannot hold inventory while your return is in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@barelytamed.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of the return shipping and work to make it right.

CHANGE/EDIT ORDERS

We get it, sometimes we change our minds too. Since we ship within 24 hours, you must email us within ONE HOUR of placing the order in order for us to make any changes or cancellations.

Please also double check your shipping address before placing an order. If you have entered the wrong address and your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@barelytamed.com. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes.

LOST PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, it is officially in the care of the postal service. While we wish we could hand-deliver every package ourselves, shipping delays and issues are sometimes out of our control.

THE GOOD NEWS? All Barely Tamed orders include insurance from our end for added peace of mind.

if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't receieved your package:

-First, check with your neighbors and around your delivery area.

-Second, sometimes the post office will say delivered when in fact they haven't. I KNOW WEIRD, but give them 24-48 hours to actually still deliver it.

-Then, contact your local USPS office-they can often provide more detail directly from the carrier.

If your package is truly lost, please email us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim and getting things sorted out. While we can't issue immediate refunds or replacements for lost mail, we're here to help guide you through this process.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer shipping within the U.S. and worldwide:

  • Flat Rate Domestic Shipping: $6.50 on orders under $75
  • FREE Standard Shipping: On all domestic orders $75+

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you entered the wrong address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@barelytamed.com. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make address changes.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during sitewide sales or with major promotional discounts (e.g. Black Friday, End of Season Sale, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively to past orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
